Shipping
We offer easy shipping options:
- Free International Shipping: On all orders over $25.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Just $5 for orders under $25.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Exceptions apply for weekends and public holidays.
Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.
Once we ship out your order you will receive the shipping confirmation by email.
Shipping to the US usually takes between 10 to 25 days. To other countries, this time will extend from 15 to 35 days. This time does not include our processing time. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time your order will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control! Processing and shipping time might increase during the holiday season (mid-November - December).
We are located in East Asia. The orders are fulfilled and shipped from China.
Please make sure to enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the shipping system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in the shipping company's hands, you must contact your local post office for help.
We are continuously working on cover shipping to all countries, but unfortunately, there are a few places we still can't ship to:
Bhutan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Botswana, British Indian Ocean Territory, Burundi, Cambodia, Comoros, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Gambia, Guadeloupe, Jordan, Kuwait, Laos, Malawi, Mali, Martinique, Nepal, Nicaragua, Oman, Palestinian Territories, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Togo, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, Turkmenistan.
If your country is on the list but you still want to purchase from our store, contact us and we will try to do our best to get the products delivered. Keep in mind that this might result in paying a high shipping rate.
