Do you ship to the US?

How can I know my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and your tracking number. If can't find the email or you are still not sure which one is your tracking number, please contact us and we will very happy to help you!
Where is my order?
To manually check where your order is just simply go to our "Track Your Order" page, enter your tracking number and click on track. If you need help during this process or you are not sure how to do it, contact us and we will help you.
How long it takes you to ship out my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. An exception of weekends and public holidays. Once we ship out your order you will receive the shipping confirmation by email.
How long does the shipping usually take?
Shipping to the US usually takes between 10 to 25 days. To other countries, this time may vary. This time does not include our processing time. For more information about the delivery times check our shipping policy.
What are your payment options?
You can pay with debit and credit card as well ( VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I place an order if my local currency is not dollar?
Yes! All prices displayed on our website are US dollar but when you place an order, the total amount of the order will automatically exchange into your local currency so you will be paying the total in your local currency at the exchange rate of the moment.
Do you sell gift cards?
