Shipping
Yes! When the amount of your order past $30 USD, you are eligible for free shipping. For orders under $30 USD, we offer a flat international shipping rate of $5 USD.
Yes! We do ship to all states in the US. We offer international tracked shipping to all our orders. For more information about our shipping policy click HERE.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive and email with the shipping confirmation and your tracking number. If can't find the email or you still not sure which one is your tracking number, please contact us and we will very happy to help you!
To manually check where your order is just simply go to our "Track Your Order" page, enter your tracking number and click on track. If you need help during this process or you are not sure how to do it, contact us and we will help you.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. An exception of weekends and public holidays. Once we ship out your order you will receive the shipping confirmation by email.
Shipping to the US usually takes between 10 to 25 days. To other countries, this time may vary. This time does not include our processing time. For more information about the delivery times check our shipping policy.
Payment
You can pay with debit and credit card as well ( VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Yes! All prices display on our website is US dolar but when you place order, the total amount of the order will automaticly exange into your local currency so you will be paying the total in your local currency at the exchange rate of the moment.
Ordering
Yes! We have gift cards from $20 usd to $200 usd. If you need a personalized amount for your gift card, you can contact us at info@tristarboutique.com
